Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order, Return plants in the packing material in which they were received, within 5 days. Your Money will be refunded within 30 days of return. Shipping cost are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Woodlands and Ferns— The safest way to ship these items is when they are dormant. When tender woodlands are shipped after they have produced seasonal foliage, the leaves and stems may arrive in bruised or broken condition but the plant is still healthy. Single stemmed plants such as trilliums will return in their full splendor next year. Other plants such as hostas will continue to put out new foliage after planting. Broken stems are not considered defective and will not be accepted for return or refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
